Don’t forget to subscribe to our vendor newsletter within the app. This is where you’ll receive important communications, event details, and tips to enhance your vendor experience.
Please note that completing these steps is mandatory in order to participate in The Livable Forest Vendor Markets and maintain your status as a vendor.
Setup Time: Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Please be advised that all vendors are required to arrive at Kingwood Town Center Park between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM for setup. Upon arrival, you may temporarily pull up to the designated area to unload your items. After unloading, vehicles must be promptly relocated.
All vendors should be completely setup by 12:00 PM to ensure a smooth event.

For parking, you may use the lots behind Chachi's or near FedEx. Please refer to the attached map for your designated setup location. Our team will be on-site to assist with any questions or needs.
Please download the app to access your booth space location. Simply look for the red map icon in the top right corner of your phone. To stay updated, we recommend enabling notifications so you never miss a beat.
The map will also be posted in the group on the morning of December 12, 2024. A notification will be sent to your phone as soon as it’s available.
