Join The Forester Crawl !
The Forest Crawl is a gamified community experience powered by The Livable Forest app — part scavenger hunt, part local business walk, and 100% fun. This is hosted ONCE PER YEAR !
We’re inviting local businesses to be featured as official “stops” on our interactive Forest Crawl map, where community members visit, check in using a QR code, and earn points inside the app toward real rewards. 🎁📲
🔍 How It Works:
We provide your business with a custom QR code linked to your check-in page.
Players will stop by, scan the QR code near your door or register, and earn 10 points in the app.
They’ll show their digital perk card (General or Solstice Society) to claim a small “treat” you provide—like a sample, coupon, sticker, etc.
You agree to make one post on your business page letting your followers know you’re part of the Crawl.
Optional: Add a mini challenge like “Take a photo with our best-selling item” for bonus fun + visibility!

This summer’s Forest Crawl is a low-stakes, high-energy test run to prepare for a full-scale Fall edition. We’re only selecting 10–15 businesses to keep things smooth and easy to track.

🎃 Attention Livable Forest Vendors! Important Updates for 2025 Markets 🌿
If you’re vending with us this year—especially at The Woodlands BOOFEST—please take a moment to review these important details:
✅ Food Vendors:
Make sure your food permits and insurance are submitted before the event. No exceptions!
📍 Booth Assignments:
Booth locations are assigned by me based on the order your booking is received. Book early for the best spots! You’ll get your booth location one month before the event.
💳 Payments & Deadlines:
Partial payments reserve your spot, but the final payment is due by September 5th, no matter which event you booked.
September 5th is also the last day to book for The Woodlands BOOFEST—after that, no partial payments will be accepted, and full payment is required.
📅 Booking Deadlines:
All bookings must be completed one month before the event date to help us plan smoothly.
⚠️ Important:
You must follow the booking instructions on The Vendor Information page. If you keep your notifications off and don’t join the vendor group, you agree not to receive setup info or updates. All important communication and day-of-event info will ONLY be posted in the vendor group. No exceptions.
